Yikes! Locked Out Again!

It seems appears I've done it again. Got stuck outside once more. My keys are inside and now I'm totally stranded. This is so frustrating!

Dude, total panic! I just locked myself out of my ride. Yeah, I know, classic mistake. But seriously, it's like an hour before I need to be somewhere super important. My stomach was doing flips—not the fun kind, either. It was cold/chilly/freezing out there, and I was stranded/locked out/completely trapped outside my own house. The door looked/appeared/seemed firmly shut, not a crack/crevice/tiny opening in sight. I checked every possible/conceivable/imaginable entrance—the back door, the windows—all useless/sealed tight/locked up. My phone was dead/nearly dead/about to die and my thoughts were racing faster than a rabbit/hare/squirrel on espresso. I felt utterly helpless/hopeless/devastated. This terrible/awful/horrible situation had me feeling like I'd been dropped into the arctic/transported to Siberia/sent to the moon.
